Our Guest Rooms
We decided to provide our bedrooms with name of Plant Badges as mentioned in the DK Eyewitness Travel guide to Scotland. Five plant badges were indeed mentioned and as having different rooms to let out, there was only now which room to be matched with which Plant badge
Bedrooms
Ivy
This is the Room at the back of the house and provides views to the imposing garden and the challenges ahead regarding our Chilli Jam and various fruit jam making. This was decided to be Ivy with the connection to the garden and with the very unique picture containing an Ivy theme this was the first room complete.
Rowan Berries
Dufftown does indeed provide walkers with signposted walks and whilst enjoying the spectacular views we noticed the amount of Rowan Berries everywhere and after taking a photograph (Now framed and placed into the room) we decided to identify our third room and decorate accordingly.
